Jaqueline James has been practicing law for over twenty years. Jaqueline has handled wrongful death and personal injury cases including aviation, mass tortes, maritime accidents, litigation arising from 9/11 premise liability and general tortes in federal and state courts nationwide. Jaqueline has also handled complex commercial disputes including intellectual property, trademarks, unfair business practices and all aspects of commercial litigation. Jaqueline provides council services to a number of businesses including negotiations, contract drafting and closing services.

Jaqueline began her career at Mudge Rose Guthrie Alexander & Ferdon a major Wall Street firm specializing in complex litigation. Jaqueline then joined the national recognized premier aviation firm Kriendler & Kriendler where she handled major aviation cases including TWA 800 and PAN AM Lockerbie. Jaqueline was responsible for all aspects of trial and appellate practice. She has also worked in boutique law firms in the New York Metropolitan area.

Most recently, beyond her private practice Jaqueline provides consultant service, brief and appellate drafting, trial work, discovery including fact and expert depositions, summary judgment motions and litigation strategy.

Jaqueline has also written extensively on federal and state practice, has taught constitutional law as an adjunct, regularly volunteers to judge trial advocacy competitions and writes and presents material for CLE credits.
